Embodied Movement

Build the Body. But don’t lose what’s inside it.

This workshop combines yoga, self-defense, and tension-releasing exercises to build not just fitness, but nervous system capacity — the kind that actually matters when life gets uncertain, relational, or hard.


In today's movement culture, it's easy to get stronger on the outside while becoming more fragile on the inside. More capable in performance. Less responsive in pressure. More disciplined in routine. Less available to surprise.


This class restores a different relationship with movement — one where strength and nervous system intelligence develop together, so the body becomes more alive, not less, as it gets stronger.
